[FROM USA TODAY - SOURCE] Race car driver Danica Patrick has found another wheel she is comfortable behind in the upcoming Activision video game Blur.
Game Hunters was lucky enough to be one of the few outlets Patrick talked to Wednesday about her involvement in the game, developed by Bizarre Creations (Project Gotham Racing) and due May 25 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 ($59) and Windows PCs ($40).
"An opportunity to play a really cool role in a video game came up and I tried the game out and it was really fun and really easy," Patrick says. "That's good for me because I am not exactly that great at them. It was fun and I liked the game and I thought it would be fun to play that role. I'm not the hugest game person but this one kind of tripped my trigger."
Patrick did voiceover work for the game but played coy about totally revealing specifics about her character. Asked whether her character was one players would compete against or learn from in the racing game, she said, "I don't know. I'm pretty good, though."
